Stylists Danielle Cook, Katie Scheper and Stephanie Rodden recently joined the staff of Belladonna Salon & Spa at its City Centre location. The three stylists also completed a sexy updo seminar.
Belladonna Salon & Spa has welcomed several new employees to its City Centre location. Heather Pierce-Cutright, Melanie K. Balsman and Katie Burrus are among those employees. All three are stylists and nail technicians. Pierce-Cutright specializes in acrylics and shellac. Balsman also specializes in acrylics.
Missouri native Dr. John K. Crowe received the gold medal award from the American Roentgen Ray Society at its annual meeting in Vancouver, Canada. The gold medal is the society's highest honor awarded to recipients for distinguished service to radiology. His committee service to the society began in 1989 and ended as past president in 2009. He is a trustee of the American Board of Radiology and holds academic positions at the University of Arizona College of Medicine, Gateway Community College and Yale University School of Medicine. He has served as a committee member, director and officer of civic groups, foundations and various local, state and national medical organizations. This includes past positions at the Arizona Thoracic Association, Arizona Radiology Society, American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine, Mayo Radiology Alumni and the Phoenix Radiological Society. He is a recipient of the National Service Award of the Arizona Medical Association, has been recognized for his work as a reviewer by radiology journals and continues to publish and to teach and speak across the country. Crowe is one of the founding members of Scottsdale Medical Imaging Ltd.
Edward Jones financial advisers Donna Domian of Cape Girardeau and Cheryl Mothes of Jackson returned from the firm's 2012 Financial Advisor Leaders Conference. The conference recognizes financial advisers who are among the leaders in the financial-services firm. Domain and Mothes were among the 570 who qualified out of the firm's more than 11,000 financial advisers. The 2012 conference was held in May at the firm's headquarters in St. Louis.
Kevin Wood, pharmacist at Broadway Pharmacy, recently completed advanced compounding training at the American College of Apothecaries in Bartlett, Tenn. He specializes in compounding, which is the pharmacy method of preparing medications to meet unique prescriber and patient needs.
