Mileur takes over heart association training center

Saint Francis Medical Center recently named Lisa Mileur as the administrator of the American Heart Association Training Center. She will report to Marie T. Gladue, director of training and development. Mileur will be responsible for coordination of the training center, including all affiliate training sites and instructors. She has been transitioning into this role since September. She previously worked as a nurse, preceptor, clinical educator and basic arrhythmia instructor. Mileur has more than 20 years of ACLS certification. Mileur received her licensed practical nursing degree from Phoenix Union Area Vocational School in 1974. In 1986, she earned a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of California at Santa Cruz. She then went on to earn her registered nursing degree from the external degree program of Regents College in New York in 1987. Mileur joined Saint Francis in 1993, working in patient care.

Philips to receive Northwestern Mutual Pacesetter 60 award

Ashton Phillips of Scott City will be awarded the Pacesetter 60 award during the 131st annual meeting of financial representatives of Northwestern Mutual on July 25 in Milwaukee. Pacesetter 60 honors financial representatives who sell 100 life policies in their first year in the business. Phillips joined Northwestern Mutual Financial Network of Cape Girardeau, The Hahs Group, in March 2010. The Hahs Group is part of the network's Qualy Group in St. Louis.

Leible to handle marketing, customer service with Servpro

Dwana Leible has joined the marketing staff at Servpro of Cape Girardeau and Scott counties. She is responsible for marketing and customer service in Scott and Mississippi counties, along with assisting sales manager Rob Stephens in the continuing development of Cape Girardeau County. Leible previously worked in advertising sales at the Southeast Missourian.

Talley, Keller join staff at Elements Salon and Spa

Kim Talley, formerly of Special Effects Styling Salon, has joined the staff of Elements Salon and Spa. She has more than 20 years of experience in the salon industry, including more than 10 years of experience as a certified Great Lengths Human Hair Extension professional. Paula Keller, formerly of Fitness Plus, has also joined the staff at Elements Salon and Spa as a massage therapist. Keller has more than 20 years of experience in massage therapy. She offers a variety of therapies including Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, hot stone and myofascial release. She recently completed an advanced course in the treatment of fibromyalgia.
