Dille Traxel Architecture announced the appointment of Annie Criddle to the position of business development coordinator. Criddle, a Southeast Missouri State University graduate, will design and maintain all multimedia marketing materials for Dille Traxel Architecture. Criddle brings 15 years of experience drawing from a diverse range of management as a gallery manager, property manager, project manager and executive director of a private foundation. She has spent nearly 20 years working and volunteering within the Cape Girardeau community.

Scottye Adkins of Farmington, Missouri, has joined Mineral Area College as a full-time student services representative. Adkins comes to the college from First State Community Bank, where she worked full-time as a teller from 2014 to 2015. She also was an adjunct faculty member in the college's music department from 2010 to 2014. Adkins has a bachelor's degree in music from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, and a master's degree in music from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi.

Payne is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, where she majored in accounting and finance. She was employed by her family's business, Foeste Masonry, before returning to public accounting, in which she has 10 years of experience.

Michael L. Roberts of Lilbourn, Missouri, has completed 35 years at Associated Electric Cooperative, working at the New Madrid Power Plant. He began at the plant in 1979 as a temporary laborer and became a full-time general utility in 1981. When a day-shift mechanic position became available in 1984, he took it. He spent the next 28 years in maintenance, progressing to a journeyman mechanic. He moved to the warehouse in 2012. Roberts has enjoyed all of his on-the-job experiences but said his time in mechanical maintenance was his favorite because of the variety of work it offered.

Cynthia L. Stone of Bernie, Missouri, has completed 25 years working at the New Madrid Power Plant for Associated Electric Cooperative. She joined the plant in 1991 as a full-time general utility, planning to work there temporarily until she found a teaching job to make use of her education degree. Instead, she stayed, and now is a shift supervisor for a crew of 10 or more operations personnel. Her supervisory skills were recognized with Associated Electric Cooperative's 2007 Excel Award for Supervisor of the Year. Since then, she has finished certification in management from the Management Development Institute through Missouri State University.
