Assistant administrator at area vets home named
Carl Knott has been named the assistant administrator of the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau. Knott replaces Bobby Norman, who resigned in November. Knott will begin his duties Jan. 5.
Knott has a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in business from Southeast Missouri State University and almost 10 years of experience in an intermediate health care setting with the Department of Mental Health.
Signone Clipsin USA names sales manager
Patrick Sulser has been named sales manager for Signone Clipsin USA at 1477 N. Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau. Sulser brings 18 years of sign experience to the company and will be responsible for expanding sales.
Umfleet joins Realty Executives in Cape
Lori Umfleet has joined Realty Executives in Cape Girardeau. She has been a Realtor since 1998. She is a certified residential and relocation specialist, a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club, Cape Chamber of Commerce and a local church. She has received the Professional Ethics Award of Excellence and the International Diamond Society and Summit Level Awards.
Keller joins Cape Girardeau law firm
Wayne M. Keller has joined the law firm of Reynolds, Gold and Grosser, P.C., as a partner practicing in the Cape Girardeau office effective Jan. 1. Keller practices in the areas of bankruptcy, social security disability, criminal, traffic and family law. Keller was admitted to the bar in 1997 and is admitted to practice before U.S. District Courts, Eastern District of Missouri and Southern and Central Districts of Illinois.

Sapphire stars are Vennie Leuckel of Perryville, Mo., Sherry Campbell of Patton, Mo., Amy Romack of Cape Girardeau and Tina Tidwell of Scott City.
