Kinder appointed to Southeast Missouri Hospital trustees

Frank Kinder, president and general manager of Red Letter Communications, has been appointed to the Southeast Missouri Hospital Board of Trustees. He fills a board position vacated by James P. Limbaugh, who resigned to become executive vice president of planning and business development with the hospital.

He holds degrees from Tulane University in New Orleans and the University of Virginia. Kinder has served in senior corporate marketing positions throughout the U.S. Kinder and his wife, Lori Ann, have three children. Kinder's late father, Jim Kinder, was a pediatrician for 55 years in Cape Girardeau.

Big River Telephone announces Simmons, Foeste promotions

Cape Girardeau-based Big River Telephone has promoted Chris Simmons to vice president of operations and Chris Foeste to general manager. Simmons is a Cape Girardeau native and has worked for the company for 11 years. He previously served as general manager of the company. His new responsibilities will include management of the retail and wholesale operations of Big River Telephone. Foeste is also a native of Cape Girardeau and brings experience in systems administration and organizational management to the company.

Williams joins Jackson coin business team

Heritage Coins and Currency has added Garry Williams to its team. The coin shop is at 119 W. Main St. in Jackson.
