He has more than 27 years of experience in the natural gas industry and moved to the Jackson area in 2012 as director of engineering and compliance.
Liberty's former MidStates president, David Swain, moved to New Hampshire to be president of Liberty Energy Utilities Corp.

Dr. Sara Elizabeth Nowicki is a new emergency physician at Saint Francis Medical Center's Emergency and Trauma Center in Cape Girardeau.
The center is the only Level III trauma center in the local region.
