Tom K. O'Loughlin II has received the 2009 Judge Robert E. Brauer Innovations in Bankruptcy Law Award. The annual award is given in honor of the now deceased Judge Brauer, a former chief bankruptcy judge of the Eastern District of Missouri. Additionally, the award is given to a Missouri lawyer selected by the Bankruptcy Practice Memorial Fund in association with the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. O'Loughlin practices in Cape Girardeau with his brother, Pat, and his daughter, Erica Koetting.
Dr. Krishnamohan R. Basarakodu passed a series of examinations to become board certified in hematology and medical oncology. Krishna is affiliated with Hematology/Oncology Associates of Southeast Missouri Hospital.

Hyde completed 50 hours of self study before he qualified to attend the training. The purpose of the governmental affairs committee is to increase the political influence of real estate agents through the implementation of fundraising, establishing relationships with members of the United States Congress and monitoring proposed federal legislation.
