WIB honors grant writer with certificate

Regina Tucker of Sol de Oro Publications received a certificate of appreciation from the Workforce Investment Board of Southeast Missouri last week. It was presented Tuesday by the WIB's president and chief operating officer, June O'Dell. Tucker owns Sol de Oro Publications at 145 S. Mount Auburn Road, which helps organizations write grants. WIB's mission is to promote a state of economic well-being by helping to create a skilled, diverse and adaptable work force.
