Coldwell broker becomes negotiation specialist

Sandy Helwege, broker with Coldwell Banker Hamilton Realty of Cape Girardeau, recently obtained the designation of certified negotiation specialist. This designation enables better representation for both buyer and sellers during the negotiation phase of a transaction.

Saint Francis names new board memberSaint Francis Medical Center has named William K. LaFoe to its board of directors with appointment approval from Bishop John J. Leibrecht of the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau. LaFoe is a cardiologist with Cardiovascular Consultants Inc. of Cape Girardeau.

Teresa Harris was recently awarded the child development associate credential by the Council for Professional Recognition. She achieved it by demonstrating competence in working with children through an assessment. Harris is a teacher of 3- and 4-year-olds at Korner Kampus child care center in Cape Girardeau.
