Bank of Missouri appoints president
John M. Thompson, former Jackson Community Bank president, has been appointed president of The Bank of Missouri. He replaces David Crader, who will retain his position as chief executive officer, chairman of the board and president of The Bank of Missouri's holding company, Reliable Community Bancshares Inc. Thompson, of Jackson, has been with The Bank of Missouri for nine years and has more than 25 years of banking experience. As a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, he continues his education through the Missouri Bankers Association and the American Bankers Association.
Dr. William Kapp passed the 2006 recertification examination and fulfilled the requirements of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in order to maintain certification in orthopaedic surgery. The board establishes educational standards by evaluating the initial and continuing competence of orthopaedic surgeons. Kapp is associated with Orthopaedic Associates of Southeast Missouri.
