Mary Kay unit honors its top performers
The Jana Jateff unit with Mary Kay Cosmetics recently honored its top performers for the quarter. Leslie Thresher of East Prairie, Mo., received the top honor selling more than $4,724 in retail products for the quarter.
Also recognized were Gina Solak and Amy Cairns of Cape Girardeau. Mary Kay Cosmetics is the number one skin care and color cosmetics company in the United States.
Diamond wins Workforce incentive program
The Muscular Dystrophy Association has awarded Don Diamond a Worksafe safety prize gift basket valued at about $100.
Diamond has been a Workforce employee at the Muscular Dystrophy Association since September 2000. He recruits community volunteers to raise money for the MDA Lockup program.
Diamond and other employees participated in an early summer safety incentive program. For each week they were accident free, a prize was added to the basket. All Workforce employees were eligible for the drawing, which took place a couple of weeks ago.
The prize basket contained Farmington Country Days tickets, a loaded picnic basket, a barbecue grill, basket of sauces and spices, a lunch cooler, a water jug and a T-shirt.
McFerron earns GRI designation
Beth Meyer McFerron has been awarded the Graduate Realtors Institute designation by the Missouri Association of Realtors. She received this honor after completing 90 hours of education outlined by the National Association of Realtors.
The Missouri Realtors Institute, which is offered through the Missouri Association of Realtors, provides training in real estate practice, that it hopes results in increased professionalism and enhanced business success.
