Old Town Cape awards winner of Dec. 4 shopping spree

Old Town Cape executive director Marla Mills, left, presents Cattoor with the $1,500 prize which can be used to purchase items in the 13 stores that participated in the open house, which was held Dec. 4. Cattoor, who has been married for one-and-a-half months, said she will use the shopping spree to buy furniture and jewelry. More than 400 people entered the contest.
