The Cape Girardeau office, at 210 N. Sprigg in Cape Girardeau, is managed by Julia Cowsert.
"We offer support groups, a resource library, 24-hour prayer line, and more," said Cowsert.
Sword & Shield is a charter member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.
