"The restaurant is in the process of filling positions," said Todd Schoener, general manager. "We're excited about opening a new Bob Evans Restaurant in Cape Girardeau.
The new restaurant will seat 130 people.
Bob Evans Farms Inc. owns and operates 432 full-service family restaurants in 21 states under the Bob Evans and Owens Family Restaurant names. The business was founded in 1953.
