The new company will offer "quick quotes" on auto insurance, and provide displays of digital print-outs of properties for sale in the area.

"This is a computerized operations," said Ball.
People can walk up and see homes for sale in the area, and can view them by price or area.
Ball previously served as broker/salesman for Heartland Realty at Jackson. He helped open D-Mart Homes and Weiss Park for Drury Southwest.
He currently markets manufactured homes.
