"We have more space inside and for parking," said Paul Kesterson, manager of the restaurant, which was previously at 1315 Broadway. "We can seat up to 40 customers and have parking for several vehicles."

A drive-through facility is also available.

"We also have a meeting room here," said Kesterson.

The new restaurant will also serve breakfast. Hours are 6:30 a.m. to midnight Monday through Thursday; 6:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday; and 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday.

David Alexander is owner of Subway Restaurants in Cape Girardeau. A second operation is at 246 Silver Springs Road.
