JACKSON -- A third Blimpie Subs & Salad has opened in Cape Girardeau County.
The newest restaurant in the Blimpie International Inc. group is at 515 E. Main in Jackson.

The newest Blimpie's will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
Blimpie's, the nation's second-largest submarine-sandwich chain, has more than 1,000 restaurants.
The first Blimpie's opened at 1001 Broadway in Cape Girardeau in May 1995. A second Blimpie's opened July 19, 1996, at 3036 William, across from West Park Mall.
