SCOTT CITY -- Hawaiian Snow, a snow-cone business, has opened at 1708 Main St., in Scott City. The new business offers 24 flavors of snow cones, said Terry Johnston, owner of the new business, which is open 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily.
