Heisserer, a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic at Chesterfield, worked at a chiropractic clinic in Nashville, Tenn., prior to returning to Cape Girardeau.
She attended Southeast Missouri State University and graduated from University of Missouri prior to attending Logan College.
The new office will be open Monday through Friday and will offer 24-hour emergency service. Heisserer is available at telephone, 332-1111.
