United Electric Supply Co. will hold a grand re-opening Thursday at its new quarters at 606 Commercial, featuring sportsman Buck McNeely and some members of the St. Louis Rams cheerleading squad.
Included on the grand opening schedule will be seminars.
The firm, with a branch here since 1992, provides electrical supplies for commercial and industrial use to area contractors.
The company features a full line of electric supplies - pipe, wire, fuses, fuse-boxes, and others, said Michael Hanschen, a sales representative for the company.
Hanschen has more than 20 years of experience with United Electric Supply, headquartered at St. Louis. He has been at the Cape Girardeau office since it opened.
United Electric is now in a 14,200-square-foot building, more than three times larger than its previous office. The new facility features a fully equipped counter area.
Dave Bilyeu is manager of the Cape Girardeau branch.
