Cape Janitor Supply, founded more than 30 years ago in downtown Cape Girardeau, has moved.
The company, previously located at 26 N. Spanish, is in new quarters at 612 S. Kingshighway.
"We have more space and better parking facilities," said Terry Young, president of the company.
The business, which provides a complete line of janitorial supplies, equipment and paper products, includes more than 11,200 square feet in a main building at the new site and has a 40 x 60 foot storage building.
"We have everything from dust mops to furniture polish," said Young, who joined the company about four years ago.
David Pickens, son of the founder, Jerry Pickens, is general manager of the business.
Other company officials include Pamela Young, vice president; and Terry Young Jr., warehouse manager.
Thomas M. Meyer handled the property transaction for the Thomas L. Meyer Realty Co. The property previously housed the Tractor Supply Company (TSC), which moved into new and larger quarters across the street at 501 S. Kingshighway in mid-1994.
The Youngs also own Pro Line Janitorial Supply at 1416 E. Jackson Blvd., at Jackson. E. D. Francis is manager of the Jackson store.
