"Using features such as arched window heads and vertical masonry columns, we've designed the buildings to suggest the rich architectural heritage of the Saxony region of Germany," said David Kromm, president of KRJ.

Construction of the residential care facility is complete and the building is being occupied, according to Kromm. It is a two-story building that contains 42 one-bed and 10 two-bed dwelling units, and a dining room and common area. It will accommodate about 62 people.

Landgraph Construction Co. is currently building phase three of the apartment complex, which will include 41 apartments.
