MEMO: FORD GETS BLUE OVAL CERTIFICATE

Ford Groves of Cape Girardeau and Jackson has received Ford Motor Company's Blue Oval Certification Award, for outstanding sales, service and facility operations.

LaToye Brown, Ford Motor Co. zone manager, presented the Blue Oval certificate to Stan Irwin, Blue Oval coordinator for Ford Groves, and Bob Neff, owner of Ford Groves, during a special celebration luncheon Wednesday.

Ford Groves has locations at 1501 N. Kingshighway in Cape Girardeau, and 825 Highway 61 East in Jackson.

Ford dealers area measured in all aspects of the customer's retail experience, including dealership facilities, employees, sales and service and customer follow-up.
