Enterprise has the industry's largest fleet, with more than 263,000 vehicles, and the most locations, 2,400 offices -- including Cape Girardeau -- twice as many as the company's leading competitor.
According to Auto Rental News, Enterprise's fleet grew 13 percent last year, while the industry grew 3 percent. Enterprise was founded in 1957.
