Grand opening ribbon-cuttings scheduled for dealership, financial group

Ribbon-cuttings in Cape Girardeau, Perryville and Scott City over the course of the week will honor the grand openings of two businesses and a road.

n At 12:15 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, the City of Perryville will celebrate the opening of Vincentian Way, previously South Progress Drive, with a ribbon-cutting. The road had been redeveloped and renamed.

n At noon Monday, July 15, the owners of Principal Financial Group at 1435 N. Mount Auburn Road, Suite 200, in Cape Girardeau will mark its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting.

n Another grand opening ribbon-cutting will take place at 3 p.m. that same day for the CarsforLife.com automobile dealership at 3141 E. Outer Road in Scott City.
