Chamber events planned for Perryville, Cape Girardeau, Jackson

Several local chambers of commerce are hosting various networking events to mark the new year.

• The Perryville Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting its monthly Business After Hours event Wednesday, Jan. 3. It will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at Perry County Middle School.
• The Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce will hold its monthly First Friday Coffee at the Century Casino Event Center from 7 to 8:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 5, The program will focus on a student perspective of career goals and education.
• The Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a Business After Hours event at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9. It will take place at Roost, 39 N. Broadview St. in Cape Girardeau.
