Illinois Gov. George Ryan has appointed Robert Vickrey, a seven-year board member, as chairman of the Illinois Gaming Board.
New commission members are Chicago attorneys Gregory C. Jones, Joseph Lamendella and Stuart Levine.
They replace outgoing members William Browder, whose term expired; Gay S. Pyatt, who left a year before her term was to expire; and Terry Scrogum, who resigned to take a full-time job in the Ryan administration.
