The Service Star Award programs is awarded for advanced training and professional certification through the Water Quality Association.
Schaefer Water Center, 2021 Themis, in Cape Girardeau, provides free water analysis to residents and businesses which request them. The analysis identifies any basic properties of water samples and determines what, if any, treatment methods are necessary.
