Shelly Moore has been named program assistant by the Missouri Mentoring Partnership for Cape Girardeau and Scott counties.
The mentoring program provides opportunities for employment with mentor support in the workforce.
Moore serves as office manager, treasurer and music director of the House of Prayer Outreach Mission, and as been owner and manger of Kedars Fashion six years. She introduced and chaired the Teen Summit "Let Me Speak" 2000 Conference and has worked with young people 20 years.
Moore's husband, Stafford Moore, is associate pastor of the House of Prayer.
She has worked with young people for more than 20 years.
