Donald D. Beckham of Cape Girardeau has joined the Merrill Lynch office in Cape Girardeau, as a financial consultant.
Bart B. Ozbun, assistant vice president and financial consultant in charge of the local office, announced Beckham's appointment recently.
Beckham is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, with a bachelor of science degree in business administration, He also received a chartered leadership fellow designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pa.

He has more than 12 years of experience in the insurance and financial industry.
He has served the past nine years as district manager with Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance services.
He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and past president of the local association. He is a member of the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce and served on its board of directors from 1997-1999.
Merrill Lynch has more than 14,200 financial consultants.
