David L. Hahs and Brandon C. Hahs were recently honored at a Northwestern Mutual Life awards dinner, held by district agent and Mrs. T. Ronald Hahs, at the Cape Girardeau Country Club.
David Hahs was recognized as the agency's sales leader for 1999 with production of 146 life policies and $166,473 in new annualized premium. He has been a member of the local agency since 1972 and is a Life and Qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table.
Runner-up for the sales leader award was Herb Sheets of Farmington. Runner-up for the Lives Award was D. Joe McKeon of Cape Girardeau.
Brandon Hahs received the "Bull O' The Woods" award for highest percentage increase in sales for the last six months, with 264 percent of his quota. He was also recognized as the agency's leader in new clients for the year. He has been with the agency since 1997.
The Cape Girardeau District Agency posted a 38 percent increase in new premium. The agency was founded in 1948 by M. Luther Hahs. T. Ronald Hahs has managed the agency since 1974. Northwestern Mutual has more individual life insurance policies in force than any other company and has been in business since 1857.
