BUSINESS PERSONNEL: BANK PROMOTION

Clint E. Karnes has been named vice president in the Small Business Banking Division of Bank of America. He will serve small business customers in the area.

Karnes has more than 14 years experience in the financial services industry, and has been with Bank of America's mortgage company since 1995. He served as banking center manager at the West Frankfort Bank of America before being named banking center manager in Cape Girardeau.

Karnes is graduate of Southeastern Illinois College at Harrisburg, with a degree in management. He is a member of the Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce.
