Dorothy Miller, a local realtor, has received the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation awarded by the Residential Sales Council of the Realtors' National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Miller is a sales associate with Capitol Hill Realty Inc., 619 N. Broadview. She is secretary of the Cape Girardeau County Board of Realtors and will become a state director of the Missouri Association of Realtors in 1996.

Miller, who also holds the GRI designation, has been a realtor 22 years, 20 with Capitol Hill.
