Shelby Kneer has joined the Spirit of St. Louis Hospital satellite office in Cape Girardeau as clinical supervisor.

The satellite office provides assessments for children and adolescents for hospitalization and provides aftercare for these admissions.

Kneer, who previously worked with the Community Counseling Center here, is a graduate of University of Kentucky with a degree in social work. She has a master's degree from George Warren Brown School of Social Work with Washington University in St. Louis.

She is a licensed clinical social worker in Missouri and Illinois.
