BUSINESS MEMO: `TOP 100' RECOGNITION

Kerber, Eck and Braeckel LLP, an accounting firm, has been ranked 57th in the "Top 100" U.S. accounting firms.

The recognition was announced recently by Jim Erlacker, partner-in-charge of the company.

The rankings are based on the number of firm members in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

"We're pleased with the national recognition," said Dan Cadigan, firm managing partner. "This demonstrates our efforts to have as many of our professional staff become members of the AICPA as early in their careers as possible.

Kerber, Eck and Braeckel is a regional accounting firm with offices in Cape Girardeau and St. Louis and Springfield, Belleville and Carbondale in Illinois; and Milwaukee.
