The St. Louis District Office of the Small Business Administration is seeking nominations throughout eastern Missouri for "Small Business Person of the Year, '97," and small business advocates in various business categories.
Winners will be named during special activities at the 35th annual celebration of National Small Business Association conference next summer.
Categories include minority small business, women in business, financial services, media and others.

Special awards will also be presented for small business exporter, young entrepreneur, and entrepreneurial success.

Nominations should be submitted by Dec. 15.
