The forum is being sponsored locally by the University of Missouri Outreach and Extension, The Cape Girardeau Chamber of Commerce and the Jackson Chamber of Commerce.

Richard Kelley, a nationally recognized trainer of buying recycled products, will conduct the forum. Others who will appear on the program include Bob Longest, director of public and community affairs, McDonald's Corp.; Susan McCloskey, president of Office Plan, a manufacturer of office furniture; and Eric Nelson, environmental purchasing coordinator from King County, Wash.

Also featured at the program will be a panel of local people, including Tamera Baremore, with Missouri Plastics and recycling of Jackson; and Pam Sanders with the public works department of Cape Girardeau.
