A number of subjects, including basic owner maintenance, warrant information and auto technology advancements were discussed.

The highlight event of the meeting was the demonstration of an air-bag deployment.
Crown held the clinic as part of its commitment to owner satisfaction, which has earned the dealer Oldsmobile's "Elite" award. Only 160 dealers of 2,900 Oldsmobile dealers in the nation have received the "Elite" status.
