"Missouri Chamber Day at the Capitol," will be held Wednesday a the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Jefferson City.
The daylong event, sponsored by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce, will get under way at 9 a.m., with a series of panel discussions by state legislators.
Gov. Mel Carnahan will be guest speaker at the luncheon. Other speakers will include Tony Ruesing, a noted human resource training specialist and magician; and, Dan Mehan, president and chief executive officer of the Missouri Chamber.
All members of the General Assembly have been invited to attend a reception at 5:30 p.m. at the hotel.
