BUSINESS MEMO: MAGAZINE CITES BANK

NationsBank has been selected by Working Mother Magazine as one of the "Top Ten Companies for Working Mothers."

The list spotlights outstanding workplaces for women and tracks workplace trends relating to family.

This marks the fifth year that NationsBank has been named to the list.

NationsBank, fifth-largest banking company in the nation, has operations in 16 states, including Missouri.

NationsBank programs designed to assist employees in handling family issues, include family leaves that provide up to six months' leave for paternity, maternity, adoption, family care and foster care; job sharing, flexible scheduled, child care subsidies and paid volunteer time in schools (two hours per week for each employee).
