BUSINESS MEMO: LIGHTING DESIGN CITED

Illumination work in Southeast Missouri Hospital's new lobby has been recognized by the St. Louis Section of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America.

Brian Dougan and the St. Louis firm of Ross and Baruzzini Inc. received the Society's "Illumination Design of Year" award for 1997.

The award recognizes Ross and Baruzzini's work on lighting design for the new lobby. The work included illumination of the 72-x-11-foot "History of Medicine Mural," a triangular skylight and an interior cascading fountain.
