Hudson sells a variety of chicken, turkey, beef and pork products under the four brand names, Hudson, Delightful Farms, Pierre and Schweigert.
Hudson Foods is Stoddard County's largest employer. Following a $22 million expansion project in 1995, the company doubled its previous employee list to more than 800.
