Steve Killian, executive director of a new fish processing plant under construction at Pinckneyville, will be guest speaker at the seminar, to be held Aug. 22, in the college's River Room.

Shawnee College, located near Ullin, Ill., from 6:30-8 p.m., is offering the seminar in cooperation with the Illinois Manufacturing Extension Center at Southern Illinois University-Cabondale and the Illinois Fish Farmers Co-op.
