The Sylvan Learning Center of Cape Girardeau has earned accreditation from the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation and the North Central Association of Schools and Colleges.

Accreditation status certifies that Sylvan's educational services, staff and facilities exceed essential standards of education quality.

The Sylvan Learning Center, 1020 N. Kingshighway, Suite G, opened here in 1994 and is one of more than 600 Sylvan centers nationally. The company offers supplemental education in reading, mathematics and study skills for students from kindergarten through adult.
