Final arrangements for the Christmas season will be discussed. Big events include the Christmas Parade Sunday and the appearance of the Santa Claus Express train, to stop in downtown Cape Girardeau Dec. 11.
The train will be decorated with more than 20,000 lights, and a Christmas music program will be presented about 9 p.m.
