Gellispie will discuss the taxpayer financed election proposal, which will be on the November ballot.

The "Missouri Voters for Fair Elections" is proposing to hit Missouri employers bottom line by increasing the annual franchise tax on all corporations with assets of more than $2 million.

The initiative would use the tax dollars to pay for political campaigns, using money from businesses to support candidates the businesses may or may not want to support.
