A 200-by-300-foot, 60,000-square-foot speculative building on an eight-acre tract in the Nash Road Industrial Park is attracting some interest.
The speculative building, which is under construction, is already being shown, said Mitch Robinson, Cape Girardeau Area Industrial Recruitment Association executive director.
The building, designed by the Cape Girardeau architectural firm of Sebek, Alberson and Associates, is expected to be ready by March or April.
