Charlotte Black Sargent, Southeast Missouri Hospital's director of volunteer services, has been appointed hospitality chairman and historian for the Missouri Association of Directors of Volunteer Services.
Sargent has been an active member of the organization for several years, and previously served on the executive board as member-at-large. Sargent has served as chairman of its Policies and Procedures Committee and on the Nominating Committee.
An employee of Southeast for 10 years, Sargent also holds membership in the American Society of Directors of Volunteer Services.

ORAN Vince Draper of Stockade Buildings Inc., Oran, has been named to the National Frame Builders Association Board of Directors.
Draper has been in the building trade since 1970, when he joined a building crew in Iowa. He moved to Cape Girardeau in 1977, and became a partner in a construction company specializing in building post-frame buildings. He became president of Stockade buildings, Inc. in 1978.
Stockade Buildings manufactures a line of pre-engineered post-frame buildings for independent builders in 30 states.
