Annual Agri-Business tour leaves Wednesday morning
JACKSON -- The Jackson Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with Cape Girardeau County Pork Producers and SEMO Cattlemen's Association, will conduct the Annual Agri-Business Tour beginning at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Pre-registered participants will visit a variety of farming operations in the Dexter and southern Cape Girardeau County areas. Stops will include the Hudson Foods Hatchery, Flower's Catfish Farm, the Glenn Nothdurft farm and the Bill Holmes farm.
Lunch will be at Hickory Log in Dexter, included in the tour's $5 fee. For additional information, call the Jackson Chamber of Commerce at 243-8131.
