The Southeast Missouri Barber College has opened at 305 N. Frederick. The owner is Eric Brown.

Empire Trade World, a flea market, has opened at 334 N. Broadview. The owner is Russell Gadberry.

Custom Enterprises, a home improvement center, has opened at 11910 Independence. The owner is Anthony Edwards.

Performance Quick Lube, the second in the city, has opened at 101-A N. Kingshighway. It is owned by Plaza Tire Service.

Indigo Restaurant & Spirits has opened at 2 N. Main in the former Mudsuckers building. The owners are Christopher Bearss and David Freeman.

Casa Mexicana plans to open in the former Bob's Fish House at 1915 Kingshighway in March. The owner is Israel Delapaz. The manager is Jose Delapaz.

J.D.'s Quick Shop will open this month at 1101 William St.

Farmington

SK8R, a skateboards and accessories store, has opened at 1335-D Old Cape Road. The owners are Joy and Scott Watson.

HealthSouth Rehabilitation Center plans to open an office by the end of February at Jackson Medical Center. The administrator will be Tom Weber, who also administers the HealthSouth in Cape.

New members of the Chamber of Commerce are Big River Telephone, Offices Unlimited.
